2. Provision and hosting of the website
This website is provided using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider and processor is OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. OpenAI may use additional subprocessors for technical provision, in particular Cloudflare, Ltd. for content delivery and web hosting.
When the website is accessed, data including the IP address, date and time of access, requested address, data volume, referrer information, browser, operating system and device information as well as technical status and security data may be processed. This is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, correct errors and prevent abusive access.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, reliable and user-friendly operation of this practice website. OpenAI processes hosted end-user data on our behalf in accordance with the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum.

3. Processing outside the European Economic Area
ChatGPT Sites currently does not support fixed data residency. Processing may therefore also take place outside the European Economic Area. For such transfers, OpenAI provides the safeguards described in the applicable agreement and Data Processing Addendum, in particular adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Storage period
Technical connection and security data are processed only for as long as necessary for provision, security, error analysis and compliance with contractual or legal obligations. The specific storage period depends on the type and purpose of the data and the applicable agreements with the hosting provider. We regularly review whether continued storage is necessary.
5. Contact by email and telephone
The website does not use its own contact form. When you open an email link, the message is sent through your own email program. We process the contact details and content you provide in order to respond to your enquiry, prepare an appointment or initiate or provide medical treatment.
Depending on the matter, the legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR. Where health data are concerned, processing is based in particular on Article 9(2)(h) GDPR in the context of healthcare, subject to medical confidentiality and statutory documentation and retention obligations. Please do not send medically urgent or particularly sensitive information by unencrypted email; contact the practice by telephone instead.
6. External appointment and map services
The website only contains links to CLICKDOC and Google Maps; these services are not embedded. A direct connection to the provider is established only when you click a link. From that point, the external provider processes data under its own responsibility and privacy policy. The practice receives no information from Google Maps about your visit. CLICKDOC processes appointment information in its booking system.

7. Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The practice website does not use its own analytics, marketing or advertising trackers and does not embed maps, videos, social-media plug-ins or other external media. The technical hosting infrastructure may use mechanisms that are strictly necessary for security or functionality. No consent banner for optional cookies is therefore currently required.
8. Recipients
Recipients of personal data may, where necessary for the relevant purpose, include the practice, the hosting provider OpenAI and its published subprocessors and, where you initiate an external booking, the relevant service provider. Data are only disclosed beyond this with your consent or where required by law.
9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
